CertifiedHome.com does not provide Professional real estate advice to consumers, Professionals or real estate agents. You have signed up with CertifiedHome.com as a buyer, seller, both, real estate investor. This signing up process denotes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If this is not true, your representation is fraudulent and you should end your association with CertifiedHome.com effective immediately.

Consumers can request a different Professional or real estate agent at anytime by contacting Certified Homes, Inc.

CertifiedHome.com has policies in place to ensure that the Professionals signed up on our web page are in good standing with their States Licensing Department and adhere to a minimum standard of performance.  CertifiedHome.com also checks professional references during the sign up process to insure that the professional individual that you are working with maintains a high level of qualification.  However, we encourage you to also take the time to contact governing departments and go through your own interviewing process to ensure that you are satisfied with the Professional that you are choosing.

If you have signed up with CertifiedHome.com as a professional you are verifying that you are a licensed professional, in current, good standings and capable to perform these services in the state that you have noted. If this is not true, your representation is fraudulent and you should end your association with CertifiedHome.com effective immediately.

Membership is for one full year from acceptance date, and will be under review for future consideration. These Terms of Use constitute a binding contract between Certified Homes, Inc and you. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, please do not access or use any part of the CertifiedHome.com.
