Being a Certified Provider is not for everyone. Certified Homes, Inc takes great pride in only working with the highest level of service providers such as Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Insurance Agents, Builders, Stagers and Mortgage Professionals. Each Provider must meet and maintain a high standard of performance and production in order to be a member of the Certified team of providers.
It’s our goal to build a directory of local professionals who excel in their profession and are a cut above the rest. When a consumer sees the Certified seal they will know immediately that they can trust the professionals who have performed work on the property or have helped prepare the home for sale. Buyers also have the comfort of knowing they can trust the services that have been performed by Certified Providers.

The annual fee is $195.00 to be a Certified Provider. There are no additional referral fees once you have been approved and accepted by Certified Homes, Inc. The annual fee which runs on a fiscal basis allows you to market your services up to 25 miles of your primary market zip code. |
